We use a ‘multi-modal’ approach to helping someone.

Like many other therapists, we do not believe that ‘one type of therapy fits all’.   Therefore, we take the most useful parts from several different schools of therapies that have been proven to work, and use them appropriately, seeing each person as an individual with their own unique differences.

It is by gleaning the best from other psychological approaches that we have been able to develop a fast and beneficial form of  ‘Brief Solution Focused Therapy’. We incorporate:
